How does Dru differ from other yogas?

It’s foundation is set in ancient yogic tradition, but also incorporates soft flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation.  It is both a graceful form of exercise and a potent means stress relief.  The moves appear simple but have great power which is derived from the mind and body working in tune with each other.

Dru yoga can help reduce back pain, headaches, neck tension, anxiety, stress and depression as well as improve energy levels, mental clarity, concentration, happiness, patience and self-confidence.
